I am very excited to be on the staff of Las Brisas as a special education teacher!
I have 20 years of teaching experience in Iowa and Arizona. My experience has included Resource and Inclusion special education, Title 1 Reading and First Grade. My hobbies include reading, gardening, walking, crossword puzzles and traveling. At home I have 2 sons, 1 dog, 3 fish and a very supportive husband.
I moved to Arizona from Iowa in 1990. I taught at the same school in the Cartwright School District for 16 years. I taught Resource for 11, Title 1 Reading for 3, and First grade for 2. I also taught for 2 years in Iowa before I moved to Arizona. But, I really love being at Las Brisas!
